Cleo – The AI Egyptology Platform

Developed by Heleen Wilbrink in 2018, Cleo is a virtual research environment that allows searching over 45,000 ancient Egyptian objects from multiple international museum collections. It uses AI and image recognition to enable searching objects by text, image upload, or location, in English and Dutch.
